I am doing everything in my power to be able to come to this camp; I'm literally on the opposite coast of the US, so it's going to take some convincing for my parents to let me go. I could use some prayers.

@ladidah9 "no one is saying you need to have an abortion, but shouldn't women have the option if they want it?" the government is forcing funded abortion, so there IS someone who is saying you need to have an abortion without giving you other alternatives, namely, adoption, etc. "Shouldn't women have the option if they want it?" Shouldn't I have the option if I want to kill a 3 year old if I want to? This is illogical

@ladidah9 So your argumentation is that the baby is part of the woman's body? Based on what you are saying, the mother then has four eyes, four sets of limbs, two brains, four ears, etc. This is illogical. The baby's body is equally complex than that of a full-grown adult. All the DNA the baby will need to grow up is already there. The complexity of life is in every single cell that constitutes the baby.

Ladidah, Thanks for your questions. I am unsure as to why you think preventing a woman from killing her innocent baby is wrong and violates a woman's freedom to live. How does the state balance rights with illegal actions that will harm someone else? And last, how do we as a civil society justfy giving a woman the "option" to exterminate her child? This might give me an understanding as to your questions.

Don't you believe that a woman should have control over her own body? How can you say that it is up to the state to decide what happens to a woman's life?
