I am a massage instructor, and teaching the sliding filament theory in A&P was really difficult for me the first time I did it. Getting ready to teach this again, and am thrilled I found this video (and your other ones) - nothing I have seen (and last year I was looking everywhere) comes close to this video as far as clarity and completeness.
