Wow, beautiful stuff. As a Hapkidoist I have seen this type of arm bar (we call it a cross arm bar and use it to throw), but Silat works it in such a dynamic and realistic way... I study your videos. It's not uncommon for me to watch a single video of yours 30 or 40 times in succession, miming your movements as best I can.

You don't spar with armlocks or you go to hospital, the beauty of these techniques as proliferated by Pak Herman, was that they can be handled in real time, the controlling factor is the first hand, their second punch is literally baited, you invite the second punch. Where's the throw, LOL I suppose we should leave something for imagination,,,,

Excellent armlocks! I wonder if you have pulled any of them off in sparring? What about doing grappling applications that use similar locks? I will experiment in this area..
