The I Love You Song -

We were fortunate enough at French Woods Festival of the performing arts this summer to perform 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee by special permission. It was fun to be the first group to perform it outside of the broadway and touring companies!

French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts is a summer performing arts camp in the catskills of New York. Not only do we have an amazing theatre department, but an equally wonderful music department that provides complete broadway orchestrations for more than 20 musicals each summer.

Thanks for the note. It seemed silly to assign an oboist to about 25 measures of music for an entire show, and with only 3 or 4 pit rehearsals and rehearsing for 2 other shows I really wasn't going to learn the oboe. I'm sure our oboist will love your comment...she begged me to do the show but I couldn't justify pulling her from another show for like, 25 measures of oboe.
