  • @funtooc Yes, this workout will definitely tax the areas most women want to tighten and/or shape up. This workout works the posterior side of the body as well as using the core to stabilize. There are variations of the exercise that concentrate more on certain areas. I will be posting a video with more variations soon.

I also recommend women get a bell no lighter than 25 lbs starting off. The weight should NOT be too light, and definitely NOT too heavy; but challenging enough to grow into.

  • @ShinobiSyndicate Thanks.. Well, the next morning I felt the soreness in my shoulders, lower back and glutes. Both arms were challenged during this workout so they were feeling worked and strong. On the 2nd morning after, I felt a lot more explosive in my legs and I my grip was a lot stronger than before.

  • Nice video, how did you feel after the workout?

  • This is a good work out! Ladies if you want to tighten up your butt then this would be a good work out for you!Adding a little extra weight is good for your thighs as well. Kettle bells also come in different weight sizes if you don't want the heavy duty one used in the video.
