@greenac88 The colors made me sick and the storyline gave me strange dreams. But, yes it was good, for a 95% CGI and green screen movie. 10 years ago this would have sucked.

A mi me gusto mucho la pelicula, porque los personajes eran iguales, se respetó la trama y el rol de todos los personajes. Lo unico que no me gustó y medejo un poco desepcionado fue el toque futuristico que le dieron y que el mach 5 tenga una turbina como la del batimovil atras. El mach 5 era un deportivo con un caño de escape que contaminaba como loco jaja y un motor que te dejaba sordo. En la serie nunca vi autos que volaran como los de los supersonicos. Bue. Igual estuvo muy entretenida.

Isaw this movie and I was really surprised. I thought it was gonna suck, but for an adaptation, this was pretty good. IMO, this movie proves that some adaptations can be good. Great movie.

I for one watched this show as a kid in the '70's and again in the '90's. As an artist, the producers did justice to this film. I agree that the film did not get a good rating as some movies with a lot of sex and violence. I've seen a lot of anime in it's original Japanese version. Talk about a ripoff when it is dubbed for the American audience. Let's hope there's another Speed Racer Movie.
