It didn't take to long, I did a templete first then simply replace the clips in aftereffects. it's all done by masking. the white lines are solids animated to go back n forth. if you send me an email, contact info is at ajpictures[dot]se i could go into more specifics.

PLEASE tell me how did you do this? In AE, FinalCut? This is awesome btw. Shot with a DVX?
