August 10, 2011 - Testing out the water system in El Chonco! This community has spent decades without water, spending their days and a large percentage of their income to bring water from other wells that are 3km or more away. Soon, each family will have clean running water in their home. Thank you to all who participated in this project!

Our high school was there this past summer helping put in the final pipes from the road to their homes. Last year we helped put in the main pipes from the well to the water tower. Tough work but its all worth it. God Bless AFC for their efforts and dedication to these communities. Can't wait to go back next year!

My grandaughte, Rachel Harris and I worked hard at this little community in 2009 to build a school. They nhad no running water at that time. What a blessing to finnaly have running water.

My boyfriend went on a mission trip there this spring break, and this video really showed me what they went to do. I'm so proud to know him, and all of the people that went down there with him. God Bless.
