i'm a beginner and is now takng shakes and going gym.. how many times a week should i work out to build muscle..
my current plan: Mon-bicepsTue-legsWed-chest Thur-shoulders Fri-triceps. should i be spreadin it out more and i'm doin it in the most body building order. i only weigh 10.5 stones atm

@nitro2u2 Don't listen to the idiots on here. get uself signed up to a decent bodybuilding forum.
preacher curls will not give you a peak. preacher curls actually target a muscle that runs under the main bicep muscle you're trying to target which will actually help you get a bigger upper arm overall. if you want a peak try using a W shape curl bar, you know the kind ?

I tried these work outs today (at a WAY lighter weight than you) and my arms got that nice tight feeling and swelled up huge. Thanks for the tips, I'm going to try out the other ones you posted up except for the shoulders ones, because I already have been doing them like that.

What can I do to get a 'peak' on my bicep (like a mountain shaped bicep)
I have been doing preacher curls but they don't seem to increase the peak. My biceps are growing bigger but are quite flat.
Would greatly appreciate ur guidance.

its in there! . with cablo machine in the middle on knees curling both with upper arms at a 45 degree angle, bring handle to right behind the ear each time
