  • Awesome stuff, James. A few questions I have about these concepts. To what degree does social construction relate to, or perhaps influence, organisational change?

    For instance, you mention the occasional conflict between workers and bosses. In an institution like a uni for example, do the same sorts of rules apply, or are there differences? To what degree are sectors like education controlled or predetermined, and to what degree are they determined by those within?
