he didn't want to though. He wanted to date her, but all she wanted was to make out. He tried to stop her "I didn't think it would be right" but she said 'no no no' and forced herself onto him. he hates this. he got to kiss the girl of his dreams, and she doesn't even care.

Wait....you're telling me there are songs on youtube that aren't covers!? I thought they were all just douche bags w acoustic guitars and webcams!

@OliverZimbelman this just a different studio version.

@bradless04 @OliverZimbleman I can solve your argument very easily. The version of this song that most people know is from the album Leaving Through the Window, in 2002. This version is from Ready . . . Break, which is a collection of their early major-label demo recordings, released in 2001. It was only sold at their local performances in southern California.

@bradless04 It was the original recording of the song, which existed before they put it on any album

It's a EP version.

Uh.. This is not the album version.
Pretty sure this is live. It definitely isn't the album version. It may have not been a concert, but it is live.

@OliverZimbelman if you listen at the beginning you can hear him say "So, who's the lucky lady?" right after the doorslam. So you're telling me in this "live" version, they found a door to slam before they performed the song? xD that's hilarious

@bradless04 Well what is it then? It is obviously not a concert, which I previously stated. It is obviously not a tracked and mixed song, and it is obviously not the album version of the tune. Which leads me to believe it was recorded in the studio LIVE. Which means the instruments are all played together, as opposed to separately with a metronome.

@OliverZimbelman By "NOT LIVE" that implies, it is not a live concert. Live recordings in studios are often used on the actual CD/Records. Not all bands record each instrument separately, because not all bands suck shit.

@bradless04 I highly doubt that Something Corporate puts live recordings on their albums. I doubt many bands do. That's not to say that they suck shit, as they most certainly do not.

@OliverZimbelman well okay, maybe its not as common as it used to be, but this is the version that was on the CD
