I Am Hmong but I had this food before in the refugee camp. It was so good. I wish I had someone know how to do this. DOes anyone know where I can go buy some that already made, especially in Saint Paul Minnesota. I really want to try again. Thanks

Love your video demonstrating how to make this dish.The sauce for this dish varies because everyone makes it different. My mom makes this bean paste (Lue style *Lue people are from Northern Laos where this dish originates from) from scratch and lets it ferment for months! It's fresh and really flavorful!
