Here's my new Heat Surge fireplace burning away. I don't know if it's actually built by the Amish, but appears to be very nice solid wood and rather sturdy.

  • A proven SCAM. Simply look it up on the net. Spend a few minutes reading, and you will agree yourself.

Not going to? Then go ahead and get one. There's a sucker born every minute.

  • I'd been meaning to look into it some more out of curiosity. But hey, it was a gift, so I'm not complaining :P

  • Proven SCAM! Look it up!

  • My Heat Surge caught on fire and burned my house and my neighbor's house to the ground. I don't recommend the Heat Surge. It's made by China man.

  • @sms8668 I don't think the Amish are even involved in this.

  • I have no idea if they really cut heating bills or the quality of the product. They seem attractive enough, but a lot of other companies make fine electric fireplaces, too, and don't exploit the Amish. The Amish are known for not allowing themselves to be photographed, so clearly the "Amish" in the commercials are actors. The Amish aren't going outside, cutting down a tree, and making this mantel for individual customers.

Maybe designed by the Amish but that is diferent.

  • @Stallionman69 Get a clue.

  • @DarrenCax Sorry. Wrong person.

  • @DarrenCax Get a clue.

You will when using it in the middle of winter, when it busts prematurely.

  • HI, Thanks for this nice video! Would you please check out Heat Surge Fan page on Facebook. I submited an Earth Day tip video and would apprecaite your votes! thanks Darlene

  • I agree that it's somewhat of a gimick. It will most likely not lower your electric bill and they don't seem well built in terms of being able to be used as a heater for year after year. But as for a mood setting only, it is excellent and I feel it was worth the money-- because the flames look so real.
