3 of 5 Openning of a Black Widow Spider egg sac!

3 of 5. Pulling open of a black widow spider's egg sac that's about to hatch over 100 spiders.. My 7-year-old daughter Leslie did the recording, I apologize for the shaking and lack of zeroing in on the main subject at times. It's amazing of how many baby spiders fit inside the egg sac, which is a sphere less than 1/2 inch in diameter. Please FORWARD to your friends & family, hoping you feel this is an original idea, i really want to impress my daughter. Thanks.

@ElleFivo More than 1 got lose, but didn't live long to tell it, since my apartment's lack of food (insects), they only survived 1 week or 2 at most. Newborn babies and male black widows do not have venom, according to other person who posted, see below.

@evilclown4 No, i used extra caution when handling the full grown spider, and my daughter never got too close to it.........i wasn't worried of the baby ones, since i viewed them as harmless little ones.

Why would I watch this when I have arachnophobia? I almost started hyperventilating. How can you reach in there without being scared of the spider biting you?

@MotherMistress LOL!...I don't blame you, as you can tell, i don't suffer from this fear of 8-legged friends....I was very careful when reaching in, i wasn't worried, since i had a No. 2 pencil as a sword to protect me.....they are more scared of me, then me of them, they don't jump, or move at thundering speeds, they feel threatened of my 'leaded sword'.

Can someone tell what it is that the spiders do when they are inside the egg sack. Are they just chilling . ... or wating in the dark? What are they doing?

I tried keeping a black widow once. But I didn't feel like I could take proper care of it so I let it go :( I don't know why people are so upset when you are keeping one. I mean it's in a jar ya know.
