  • what is the big deal about it . wing goes down and up! i would not call that pieace of engineering. people keep talkining about that wing all the times!

  • Wow, it's motion is so imprecise when it's coming down. I'd expect something of a little higher quality for my 1.25 million dollars.

  • @machineman9 this spoiler was actually made to ruin the flow... its used for airbreaking for veyron. if you buy that car, you get a speacial key called stig. when u put it, spoiler backs in and car lowers, and starts using full power. without stig the veyron doesnt use full power and brakes when u exceed some speed, i forgot what.

  • Spoilers ruin the air flow. Yes they re-direct air, but they change how it moves... Not use it to create pressure differences which produces lift.

  • yes, spoilers do redirect air, they redirect air to reduce lift at higher speeds, and to create downforce, the same thing as a wing. Trust me they are interchangeable words, philosophizing a long definition doesnt make a statement true.

  • A wing creates lift, such as on an aeroplane. Wings on cars create downwards lift, or downforce. Spoilers affect the airflow, for example a spoiler could be used on the front of the car to maximise airflow into the vents and reduce airflow over drag sections. Wings affect air pressure and make lift/downforce. Spoilers re-direct the air.

  • they are synonyms, but if you can clarify a difference be free to state it.

  • It is a wing.

Wing =/= spoiler. They do different things.

  • pop something, move something, shake your tail feather.

  • It would not be to difficult to built. I want one on my car! lol
