Question? I was wondering if you should put product in your hair before running the flat iron through? Will it damage the plates? Or mess up the plates? For example would I put a heat protector in my hair first then use the sedu flat iron? Is it normal for steam to come off the flat iron from products? I hope I explained this right. I hope you can answer me back soon, I want to buy one so bad now LOL. But I need to know more info. Thanks so much :)

You can put product before using the Sedu, it wont damage the plates

Question: Today I got my Sedu flat iron when I ordered from folica. But I havent received my 2 year warranty receipt in the box while I was notified that I have been shipped with all the 3 things: sedu flat iron, free heat mat & 2 yr warranty.

Is it same for all the customers that they do not get the warranty receipt like me but still get the warranty in folica through the invoice?
