Clinton's death count is actually comparable to that of Bush considering he sanctioned the bombing of a pharmaceutical plant in Sudan called Al Shifa that lead to over 10 thousand deaths and counting because when we blew up that plant we destroyed the entire country's supply of malaria medication and since 1998 (when the bombing occurred), that is the approximate death count and we have refused to re-supply them with the medication.
