@danesesse Indeed, there are more blind hits in Rugby. But the fact that there are no pads, limits the hitter in how much power he would use. Because of pads, nfl players can hit harder without getting hurt. Rugby players hit hard, but not as hard because of the pain element. I will say however, Rugby players experience more pain, whereas nfl players suffer more concussions, and sprains and such. Love both sports by the way :)

@danesesse True, but becuase of the lack of pads, the hits in rugby are not as square on as the hits in the nfl.

Rugby you can run faster lack of pads and although that means less wieght add both your speeds ba boom
