Broken Bells' track "The High Road" was released in March of 2010. The music I wrote for RMG was completed in Feb 2009, and began running on air in spring of that same year. Maybe RMG/I have a copyright case against them then?

That ain't The High Road, people. They sound similar, but it's not the same song. From their website: "The music heard in our commercials was created exclusively for Romano's Macaroni Grill and is not available for distribution."
