We saw this thing flying over downtown, then I got my camera as it got closer to us. Thought it was a balloon, but realized the way it was moving that was unlikely. The helicopter you hear is behind us to the left. The UFO was silent. Sorry for loosing it near the end, it was hard to see in the viewfinder.

There are two white balloons behind two black balloons. The wind is carrying them while they are dropping in height due to low helium. If it suddenly changed direction it would be a different story. But for now I think this UFO is just a cluster of four balloons.

Saw one just like that fly through downtown Winston-Salem, NC in Sept. 1998 at the height of c. 20 storys. Continued to SW until out of sight. Silent. Steady. Looked like large mylar balloon but with constant speed and altitude.
