neither of them are wrong per say
judgment is the american english spelling
judgement is the british english spelling
as i write this my spell check on OS X has no issues with either spelling

Yeah i couldn't think of a better theme either, and the only songs that i could think of need to be heard along with the movie, where as this one works perfectly fine without it

I really don't think I can. There's great movie songs, such as climax themes, but in terms of overall theme songs, I really can't think of a better one. This one is so sad. I love it!
