this is my 3rd and championship match of NAGA North American Grappling Championships 08 on November 9th. i win this one with a body and arm triangle.

I WON 1ST PLACE IN THE TOURNEMNT! GOLD MEDAL! there were 7 people in my division

TEAM CT COMBAT / DELIMA!

next NAGA February 14th, 2009!

Hi, Joe. I've watched your matches. You are excellent! You rely chiefly upon BJJ, and that works amazingly well. There are risks, and this match shows one - getting lifted and dropped with your opponent on top. If more extreme, it's a slam and DQ, but not this way. BJJ is also not a crowd-pleaser. IDK if you plan to do MMA later. If so, you need a freer style. I also suggest losing the shirt, esp when your opponent does, as here. The adrenaline charge will amaze and strengthen you.
