  • But do you have any evidence to suggest that Chomsky does not have Q&A periods after his speaking events? I'm sure anyone, including you, could go to a Chomsky lecture and then challenge him in question form at the end. Therefore, your point is moot.

  • whoaaaaaa this was good!

  • Chomsky is such a beast.

  • @BrezhnevIsMyCoPilot Chomsky does have Q&As, and he answers them thoroughly.

  • He was at a community radio station in Madison, Wisconsin. Certainly a topical place these days.

  • a great man. thank you Dr. Chomsky for being voice of the voiceless

  • @libertyplayground Um no, the Chicago school is firmly in control.

  • This man is so quotable. What a gift to humanity.

  • @TonyBananas101 "But if you take an Economics degree you will be taught how wonderful "free" markets are"

Actually, people get taught Keynesian central planning.

  • What he specifically means is the teaching of Economics, History and Political theory mainly. The elites are not concerned with people taking IT or Engineering etc. But if you take an Economics degree you will be taught how wonderful "free" markets are, western democracy is beyond reproach etc etc although these theories bear no relation to reality. There are other ways to educate yourself than sitting in a room listening to someone feed you propaganda.

  • yeah, this is one of the truest points the makes about us media

  • hes debated many people... richard perle, alan dershowitz, william f buckley. he can't debate all the time, and he can't get on mainstream news, so yes, he talks to left-wingers a lot. i'm sure he'd like to debate more than he does
