Thanks for the plain-talking, Judy! You make it crystal clear. Seems to me that we've been giving fossil fuels "feed-in tariffs" for about a century at taxpayer & ratepayer expense. Let's put some mechanisms in place to do a GOOD subsidy for a change! Let's do feed-in tariffs all over America. I wish our Congress had the guts to do one nationally. You're right. If we put solar PV on every sunny rooftop, we could avoid the need to build some of the giant transmission projects too!
