@LondonGabbaSquat it's good for safety to use very soft contact though. it's not hard to add the power if ur rooting skills and use of body is in check. however wing chun is not good for swat because they do not practise often and regularly enough. the unique automatic reactions learnt are valuable to any fighter, but for efficiency standpoint swat is better off concentrating on few simple techniques to disarm opponent. wing chun has some good ones, but military combat styles has lots more.

Don't hate if you dont understand or if you aren't at a higher level with wing chun then these guys. Because it takes years before you can do the chi sao they do.

I practis wing chun, but couldn't help but find that funny, sticky hands (reaction and covering training) can look a bit like fly swatting sometimes haha.
