No, I believe since he studied philosophy he meant that styles are more of a "view" since we all have diff views there are also diff styles.

After reading bruces notes on his martial way alot of influence seems to be derived from the book of the five rings, aswell. miyamoto Musashi was like a japanese bruce lee.

This is a wonderful promotion for MMA. It's no wonder they call him the grandfather of MMA. Aside from Bruce's magnificent philosophies, what I find most interesting about this interview is that he loved to laugh. That part about him just somehow pulls you in.
