People compare CoB and Kalmah because they're style is very similar and in this genre of metal, they're (debatably) the best. Kalmah and CoB, are both legends, they both can pull a fast paced melody out of their asses and they both continue to play top quality metal, even after putting out more songs than most other bands ever make.

please dont take this the wrong way but the reason i think kalmah is so good is because i was a huge in flames fan....and when i say that i mean old in flames not the new bull shit they've been putting out......Kalmah def wears the crown of badassness currently and i dont see anyone taking it anytime soon.

im a COB fan, cuz thats what brought me into this genra of music
but i think that Kalmah is better now because now that COB has become more mainstream they have lost the tallent that they had in the older songs and just focused on getting the fans and such
...so Kalmah slay it dudes!!
