The exercises depicted are common warm-ups that I would consider contraindicated. The lumbar spine is a series of joints with limited range of motion. These joints should be trained for stability and attempts to increase mobility at the spine are short sighted. I have read your articles on this and understand the premise. However I am not certain that a few controlled reps of rotational motion as demonstrated put these exercise on the contraindicated list. Maybe there is a intermediate category versus doing away with them all together.
