should you do the sauna trick every time they are going to shed or just if they need it and if they need it how to i know?

You can do it every time if you'd like, but it isn't really necessary. They don't always need it, but if they have trouble getting the skin off, then you definitely know that you'll have to give them the sauna.

My leopard gecko looks, seriously, almost EXACTLY like her. :D I am so happy to know that someone else has one that looks so much alike.

Also, I do the same thing with the paper towels. It makes thens ten times easier when cleaning.
