This is my first time talking to camera and the sound isn't good, so I've written this to help:
You should do your own taste-tests, but for reference, here are the things I've used (all from Tesco):
* Watercress (crunchy with mysterious floral smells)
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/12/091216121502.htm
* Italian Salad (Rocket and Apollo Lettuce)
* Sweet Pepper (crunchy and bursty)
* Duerrs Clear Blossom Honey (Cheap but having the best complex honeycomb smell)
* Cambozola Blue Brie (Mild smell, good texture and taste, melts easily for new texture)
* An Egg (Fried in Olive Oil with ground salt and pepper on two thirds heat)
http://www.unisci.com/stories/20014/1029013.htm
* A Closed Cup Mushroom (Market Mushroom)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beta-glucan
* Crespo Black Olives Greek Style (wet olives go mouldy)
* Opies Cocktail Gherkins (small for those who don't really like gherkins)
* Opies Cocktail Pickled Onions (small for those who don't really like Pickled Onions)
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use for everything, including deep fat fryer)
* Palette-cleanser: Rachel's Organic Greek Bio-Live Yoghurt with Honey (Great taste and texture for those who don't like yoghurt)!
The flavours are so complex that I've been eating this every lunch-time (for over a year) and still look forward to it!

Good vid, I love trying out different salads and not just because they are healthy, I just enjoy them. You can't beat a tasty salad! Do you have any more recipe video's?
I enjoyed watching.

@eli76ful I'm glad you enjoyed it :-) I only really made the video at a friend's suggestion, so there aren't any others (yet). I now have a new job where I have to take sandwiches, so I'm learning how to make sandwiches interesting with results that are probably worth sharing eventually! For example, I was really surprised that simply stuffing left-over bolognaise between sliced multigrain was really good! The meat makes it chewy, the smell of the tomato is actually nice (I don't like tomatoes)!

Been trying this out recently. It's definitely making me eat better at lunch, rather than miss out on the meal altogether. Importantly, if you have enough salad, you do feel sufficiently full throughout the afternoon.
My own preference is for standard salad mixes rather than the ones suggested here, and I'm no big fan of olives either, but the principle's the same.

@jtchivers Yeah, the leaves are just to get you to chew and, therefore, feel full. They can be anything as long as there are lots of them (like half a lettuce). Ichose Watercress for the elusive honeysuckle smell, Rocket for the spiciness and Apollo is the only lettuce I've found that I like - but I can only find it in packs with other leaves! I'd grow it if I could find the seeds...
