It works with Firefox 3.6.12

Press Shift + Ctrl + S and then click the "Start Capturing" button. Remember you have to be connected to the same network as your victims.

I don't know, i don't think the developer of firesheep has made a list over supported cards. But in some cases it helps to install Cain & Abel (google it) and start a Sniffer -> APR session.

@McdoobinDood Your wireless card is not supported. Try using a wireless USB dongel if you have one.
