Sail out of control

I'm an uninformed observer who caught some video of this sail blowing out of control(to me). It seems to be ripped at the bottom of the sail. Its a beautiful sail. Watch the man travel up the mast in an attempt to secure the sail. This is part one. I have more video of someone else in the party trying to rescue the sail. This is located at Kenosha Harbor on July 12, 2008. As you can tell its a very windy day. The wind also catches my camera as I try to photograph this procedure. These men have more guts than me...I could never do that especially in all that wind(see the top of the mast sway back and forth).
