what type of mandolin do you use? I was looking at the Borner Pro...but now I can't decide between the plus, pro, or power models.....I would really like to have a container for the food to fall into (that comes with it)

what is the proportion of water and lemon juice - do you use "real lemon juice concentrate? or organic lemon juice?
MeezersRcool 1 year ago
@MeezersRcool- Hi, I use 75% lemon juice, 25% water. I also use Real Lemon Juice, available at most stores. If I could find organic lemon juice, I would use it. All the best, stephanie @ efooddehydrator

Is there a lemon taste from the spraying? Can you let me know the temp and total time it took to completely dehydrate these apples? Thanks!
TheBgcheez 1 year ago
@TheBgcheez - Hi, no lemon taste at all. I use 125 degrees for my fruit temperature setting. It takes about 10-14 hours to dry. I like to flip them over about half way through. Thank you for watching!
