Flash 10 on 450Mhz K6-2 with Crux Linux

This is a Sotec e-note running CRUX Linux with Firefox 3 and Flash 10. Processor is an AMD 450Mhz K6-2 with 256Mb PC100 and a 20Gb 5400rpm Samsung hard drive with ext2 partitions. Video is 2Mb Silicon Motion SM712 LynxEM+ at 1024x768x16. System has sound, USB mouse, touchpad and PCMCIA wireless access through a Buffalo WLI-PCM-L11 11b card (Hermes chipset). Kernel is 2.6.27.8.

it is a low end machine which does not get the flash 10 system requieremtns, so because crux is linux and built on the KISS principe, it is possible to run flash on such an low end machine ;)

like telling the whole world how fast crux is , and i love it even on my high and low end machines, there is no rule to just because having much ram load the machine up with all the eyecandy and shit :)

I was trying to make youtube works with a decent speed on a Pentium II 400 with winxp, with Opera and Flash 10 the result was very bad, but using flash 8 and IE6 it worked much better, then using the "fullscreen" option and resizing the new window down it worked quite well, fullspeed or almost that... you should try flash 8!
