  • The sound is to notify ramp staff that a red alert has been issued. In Hong Kong they can have severe thunderstorms and as most people know its not safe to be outside in a thunderstorm. The siren is warning all the ramp workers of the possibility of lightening strikes and that they need to clear the ramp.

  • Translation of the text is "High winds and blowing with the local early morning thunderstorm, red and amber rainstorm warning lasted for nearly 6 hours, the general area recorded 70 mm of rainfall in northwestern New Territories and Lantau Island also recorded more than 100 millimeters of rainfall"

  • Northkorea has send their nukes.

  • @Luch1516 Apparently it is the storm that is causing it. Too high rainfall.

  • what is the sound? why is it being sounded?

  • nice i like it
