Fender® Super-Sonic™ 22: Dirty Gretsch®

Rick Heins plays a Gretsch White Falcon, set to the bridge pickup, into a Super-Sonic 22 amp. He's on the BURN channel with a fair amount of preamp gain dialed up, which adds nice harmonic content to the simple, rootsy chordal style. A TC Electronic Nova Delay, patched in to the effects loop for cleanest performance with preamp distortion, is set to a 454 millisecond reverse delay. The clip ends with some nice feedback & Bigsby vibrato bar wiggle.

yeah mine went also after 2days! heard there's problems with these amps, had a deluxe b4 this amp but it was too bright on the gain channel so I got a blues jr for a little while. Then I saw a Vox handwired 1x for sale on craiges list and bough it, great amp one of the best I heard yet! and the cleans are very good! I have some sample vids up.

@kissrocks45 My gain channel went out, also. Got a new one for free, and this one i all boomy when you switch channels. a big boff... Thinking about just return it, get my money back and buy a trusty old hot rod deluxe and the generation 3.. much cheaper, and seems more trustworthy. What do you guys think?

Listen closely, when he uses the bigsby at the end you can hear a string binding on the nut. Pitiful, gretsch should have better quality control on a 2500.00 guitar...
