@ceranko Your not afraid of prunes? Prunes can be extremely healing but if You don't chew them well they can pop a fatal hole in your colon at which point You will need fresh aloe gel applied directly to Your colon wall, do the research man! just kidding yeah funny stuff, I guess after one gets all these benefits after a fast they don't wanna go back to solid food, but feel they need to?
-
@ceranko simple...they're easier to digest after a fast.

Congratulations on your 46 days! Way to go.

wow you are musclar after that fast.

@gaiaselenite Thanks for the response. The answer to my question is a quite simple one if you think about it. I found the answer sometime after posting this close to a year ago.
On a side note, it'd be nice to have the amount of discipline necessary to carry a juice feast out. Soo healthy!

@graciousSenor That's the point, you're giving the body a break so it doesnt have to work on digesting food and instead on eliminating waste and toxins. Many juice feasters supplement their fasts with enemas or colonic hydrotherapy to help get rid of extra toxins.

@ceranko Soaked prunes are supposedly very easy on the digestive tract and eases the body slowly back into solid foods.

Thank you for your video

From what I understand, juicing cuts out most fiber from the fruit and vegetables. So where does one get fiber on a juice feast/fast?

You look fit after 46 days.
Why are these guys so afraid to eat a damb prune? All these Vegans eat prunes after their juice fast, Why? Why not a banana? LOL
