Position yourself on some parallel bars, holding yourself up with arms. Then, slowly use your abdominals to pull your extended legs up at 90 degrees and stay there for 30 seconds. Be sure to squeeze your abs at the top of the movement.

Repeat this ten times a day. and you will have strong abdominals!!
