A small review of a really great product a lot of people may not know about. Jay Robb's Whey Protein. It's a really great Pre-workout post- workout supplement. Tastes great and mixes really well without the use of a blender.

  • I dislike this video. All bodybuilders say you have to take 2 grams of protein for every pound that of your weight. This video and the person in it is shit!!!

  • @MrHavoc2817 You really aren't going to digest much more than 1 gram per pound of body weight. Taking nutrition advice from people on steroids is not a good idea.
