@MrHavoc2817 You really aren't going to digest much more than 1 gram per pound of body weight. Taking nutrition advice from people on steroids is not a good idea.

I dislike this video. All bodybuilders say you have to take 2 grams of protein for every pound that of your weight. This video and the person in it is shit!!!
