I'm not sure of the name of the dance but what they are saying sounds familiar with the langauage from nandom in north west of Ghana. Wiechaw might be a village close to nandom. I'll verify and get back to you. I am from Jirapa in north west part of ghana and our language is a little close to that. Great job for having this on here.I love culture so much.

These people are from the NorthWestern part of Ghana, near Waichaw (hypo sanctuary). Not sure what tribe they are.
