1 1/2 cups of Quinoa or Bulgar wheat
1/4 cup of fresh mint
1/4 cup of diced celery
2 cups or 1 large diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of fresh parsley
1 cup of peas fresh or frozen
1 cup of scallons
1 Tbls hemp seeds
2 Tbls olive oil
1 to 1/2 cup of Italian dressing
1 sm lemon
looks good...have to try this...I once saw bulgar wheat in a nutrition class and tasted it...wasn't bad at all
