SOLUTION -
1. The 2 repeaters pointing outwards next to the four pistons at the bottom, change them both to THREE ticks
2. The repeaters leading to the pistons below the obsidian at the top, should be 3 tick and 4 tick, on both sides.
This should work, if it doesn't, don't blame me ^.^ it was based on my own design, and worked for me
