Nick Sturz's performance at the regional finals in Hollwood on 12-3-09! This was his first drumoff and there will be more to come! Thanks to all friends and family who supported him, and especially God who got him there! Big, Big thanks to Guitar Center for putting on the competition and hooking everyone up with sweet stuff!

@sterling881 I agree. He needs to tell Mom to shut up. He did totally rip the begining off Jorome. I won't go so far as to say he wont win, he's young and if he seeks light and imporves then maybe one day he can win. Keep working Nick and certainly don't stop trying.

dude you just copied all the past winners... Donnie, Jerome, and others~ I saw your solo at the regionals and it was a rip off of other drummers. The stick stuff... tired, the standing cymbal hits done that! Try to be yourself~ Your friends and family screaming?!? Why??

On a positive note... your young! and you do have a good head start, so keep going BUT BE YOU! later~

hey nick it's troy from the drum off. this is a very good solo...you are blessed with an awesome talent. you are way better than I was at your age. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future. i think if you can bring some more variety of styles to your performance then you will go far in this comp next year. i wish you the best
