I believe she was pregnant in the 1st pic, her husband did say she had miscarriages before her recent pregnancy BUT anyhow it is a nice pic one of my favourites....I hope she is happy and embracing motherhood now :-)

@SincerlyxMonica the first pic is maybe the most famous of them all, I have seen it in magazines before and it has sparked the first rumours about her pregnancy. She wasn't pregnant at the time though.
