If you watch a video of the Paul guy from a festival in march of 2010, he said that MJ and himself wrote this song and he did not have any legal issues because he wanted to respect MJ!

Noob, Michael Jackson and Paul Anka wrote this in 1983. Sony "stole" it from them and gave it to Safire.She released it in 1990 and Michael's version just got released in 2009, Safire stole it from Michael not the other way. I think Michael's version is 10 billion times better then the version from Safire! Dont post videos that you think Michael stole things! Michael is a very nice person!He even saved a baby's life who needed food,he took it from the hospital and gave him everything he needed!

Michael wrote it with some guy but they couldn't agree about something, so the other guy let some other chick record it. It was on Inside Edition and the guy said Michael stole the tapes but apologized years later because he stole it because he just loved it so much.

Michael wouldn't steal a song. Besides his verison is better. It's soft and slow. That makes it emotional. Everytime I listen to that song near the end I look up to the sky and simle. Knowing Michael is in a better place.
