@grahameosheadrums Thanks...I see the inversions - although in sequence you're playing repetitive triple-strokes (LLLRRR) - which I thought I saw in watching your video...I'm self-taught, and I never developed my bounce rolls (which I feel you're doing very well with your triple-strokes)...I can do triple-strokes, but essentially without any appreciable bounce - and so my (triple-stroke) speed is considerably slower than what you can do here...thanks again...blessings...

@davss5 yeah sure. I find it tricky to describe sticking without manuscript or demonstrating but here goes...
The main rudiment is a triple stroke roll that has been inverted. I'll write it in semi-quaver triplets.
RLLLRR RLLLRR RLLLRR RLLLRR
Try to accent every 1st and 4th note of these triplets. Hope this helps.
