June, I made the same question myself (I`m thirty and I`ve started playing flute a month ago) and as I love and enjoy practising I have made much progress. It only depends on how much you practise and how responsibly you are.

Practice as much as you possibly can. Take some Ritalin and practice your tuckus off for as long as the medication works. That's the best advise I can really think of. Just try, don't let yourself get distracted. I know it probably seems impossible, but if you can find a half-dozen friends to play with and keep you on track, it'll do something for you at least. Try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try! That's my advise to you. Do the best you can with what you've got.

    Triple-forte is easier to say.

Thanks so much for sharing this video. I have a question: I have learning disability and ADD, but I am also in love with music. I was wondering if it is too complicated to learn flute (or piccolo), and if there is any way to help people with any kind of dissability to learn easier. Because of my situation it might take more than usual to remember the fingering and so.

And also which one is less complicated between treble flute or piccolo.

    Thanks for your time

It does. Both ways are correct :]

FFFForte Fortissimo (music; as loud as can be played)

    FFFFortisissimo (music)

Must be from different parts of the world!
