Part 2 of a 2 video set featuring Beethoven's overture "The Ruins of Athens" Op. 113 as performed on May 19, 2010 by "The Really Terrible Orchestra Of the Triangle (RTOOT)" at their Spring 2010 concert in Hill Hall Auditorium, UNC, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and conducted by RTOOT's assistant conductor, Michael G. Lyle.
PART 2: The founder and conductor of The Really Terrible Orchestra Of the Triangle (RTOOT), W. Sands Hobgood, is admiring Athens, and suddenly finds himself valiantly defending Athens from total ruin. He initially succeeds in warding off the offenders, but alas, Athens falls in the end, and is ultimately ruined.
