i like Mindfreedom international, I like John Breedings videos here on youtube I do not like any medicatiion,i live a low stress lifestyle, of exercise, self cultivation, reading, library, practicing music,yoga-- get benefits for SSI. live with mom,--but it is nice to get a friendly comment- so peace and have a good day, : )

thanks for your kind remark Christina it is nice to know people out there are compassionate, I know a lot of people who are dismissive and do not understand, actually I have a tough time articulating it myself, It upsets me when people do not understand, and it upsets me to feel stuck and hopless in this life- we are here so briefly, and to fel so impeded and misunderstood, I just deal with it with exercise, healthy food, music practice, and then i just exist on fringe of society

  • @catgumart aww, I'm sorry to hear that! Well, I'm here if u need me.I don' tget online much, but I'm here still if u need to chat.I'm Christina :)

Often I'm near breakdown, it upsets me when people dismiss my difficulties, or accuse me of laziness,it is very frustrating, sometimes people show support or make gestures of understanding, but they somehow still don't understand,it seems most often I'm stigmatized as something bad, I really don't understand it, I know I feel bad and that there is conflict, but then sometimes people are kind, but most often I am troubled & I do not like to pretend everything is fine-

I have a really tough time with depression, and it is unbelieivably difficult to get people to understand, they just can't get it that Im troubled and have difficulties when it comes to social interaction, and just handling stress, people really make blue, social relationship stress, expectations I cant fulfill, I really struggle, I do every thing I can to keep away from apathy, and most people are dismissive, or indifferent- this life is tough-

  • @elizabethannshapiro So true!

  • @catgumart I have mental illness myself.I believe people react diff. to things,so the only true way to know if it's mental or not.Is if someone is depressed even when they don't have any stress. If they keep staying depressed then it's mental. It also could be a mild case of mental if someone reacts to stress badly and adnormal. This is just my opinion is all.

  • Stress causes deaths, I believe.Because people can't handle it, so they end their life instead to end the stress.

  • @lusciouslindaw I agree! It's very sad. When bad things haven't happen to others, they don't understand.I was in a bad relationship before,so I know Taylor felt.MIne ended with me cutting his ass, hehe! He's still alive though.I just cut him arm to get him off of me. I warned him,so it's his dumb ass that shoul dhave listened.
