Newman Motor powered by a simple 1.5V AA battery. Constucted with clear plastic tubing, two coils with 6-10 turns, and 4 small neodymium ring magnets. RPM speeds are unknown. Demonstarting adjustments of commutator speeds and slows RPMs.

  • Not my design. Joseph Newman designed the original motor as far as I know. This is my attempt at replicating the technology. It's really one of the simplest motors you can build. Some claim over-unity with this device but that remains to be seen. Experimenting will tell...

  • Very good, yet it's not a Newmann motor but an homopolar motor. the alone difference is magnet. for you magnets move. It's the more simple electrical motor we can to do and already found more 100 year ago !!!!
